Mumbai Police To Register Case Against Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad After ‘Slapgate’

Taking suo motu cognisance, Mumbai Police’s Marine Drive police station is registering a case against Shivsena MLA Sanjay Gaikwad, who allegedly slapped an Akashvani MLA’s canteen staff member for poor food quality. Meanwhile, CM Fadnavis also reacted to the incident and emphasised that Gaikwad’s actions as an MLA have tarnished the reputation of all legislators.
