NORKA Launches Support Centre for ‘NORKA Care’ Health Insurance Enrollment.
Thiruvananthapuram: A support centre has been launched at the NORKA (Non-Resident Keralites Affairs) headquarters to assist Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs) wishing to enroll in the ‘NORKA Care’ comprehensive health insurance scheme. Assistance will be provided online via a video conferencing facility.
NORKA Roots CEO, Ajith Kolassery, inaugurated the support centre by assisting expatriates from Kuwait with their enrollment.
The facility will be operational every working day from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM until October 30, the last date for NORKA Care enrollment.
To access the service, applicants should log in via video call at the link: https://id.norkaroots.kerala.gov.in. Under Secretary Shameem Khan S. H. is the nodal officer for the support centre.
