പത്തനംതിട്ട: ചരിത്രപ്രസിദ്ധമായ ആറന്മുള പാർത്ഥസാരഥി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ഈ വർഷത്തെ വള്ളസദ്യയ്ക്ക് ഇന്ന് തുടക്കമാകും. ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് ദേവസ്വം മന്ത്രി കെ. മുരളീധരൻ വള്ളസദ്യയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിർവഹിക്കും. കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി സുരേഷ് ഗോപി മുഖ്യാതിഥിയായും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് കെ. ജയകുമാർ, എംഎൽഎമാരായ അബിൻ വർക്കി, പഴകുളം മധു തുടങ്ങിയവരും ചടങ്ങിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കും.
ഉച്ചപൂജയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം ക്ഷേത്ര ശ്രീകോവിലിലെ കെടാവിളക്കിൽ നിന്ന് ദീപം കൈമാറി ആനക്കൊട്ടിലിൽ നിലവിളക്ക് തെളിയിക്കുകയും, ഇലയിൽ വിഭവങ്ങൾ വിളമ്പുന്നതോടെ 56 ദിവസം നീളുന്ന വള്ളസദ്യയ്ക്ക് ഔപചാരിക തുടക്കമാവുകയും ചെയ്യും.
